2018 Pleasure-Way Plateau TS Motorhome

This 2018 Pleasure-Way Plateau TS is a Class B motorhome that was built on a 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis, and its floorplan features a kitchenette and a bathroom as well as a rear lounge housing a table, bench seating, and a folding sofa. The van is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic over gray leatherette upholstery, and power is from a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 linked with a five-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes 16? steel wheels, a dually rear axle, raised roof height, a Fiamma USA bike rack, MBUX entertainment, cruise control, a campside awning, water and electrical hookups, a rearview camera, solar roof panels, a power generator, a roof-mounted climate control system, front captain’s chairs, a 24-gallon fresh-water tank, gray and black water tanks, and air conditioning. The van was initially acquired by the seller and their spouse in 2019 and was sold before it was reacquired in 2023, and it now has 43k miles. This Plateau TS is now offered by the seller on behalf of their spouse with a binder of manufacturer’s literature and service records, recovery boards, a clean Carfax report, and a California title.

The van is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744), and exterior equipment includes raised roof height, fog lights, a receiver hitch, a campside awning, water and electrical hookups, solar roof panels, a power generator, a ceiling vent, a roof-mounted climate control system, and a folding rear-mounted Fiamma USA rack for two bicycles. A trim piece on the driver’s side was replaced and painted to match the exterior in November 2024. There is an indent below the sliding door window.

The 16?steel wheels are mounted with 215/85 Continental VanContact A/S tires. The rear tires were replaced at approximately 39k miles, and the front tires were replaced approximately 300 miles ago. The van rides on air-adjustable suspension and a solid dually rear axle, and braking is handled by discs at all four corners. The chassis is equipped with an Electronic Stability Program (ESP).

The front cabin houses swiveling captain’s chairs trimmed in gray upholstery, which are accompanied by a color-coordinated lower dashboard and door panels. Further appointments include carbon-look interior trim, cruise control, crosswind assist, MBUX entertainment, WeatherTech floor mats, and air conditioning.

The rear cabin is outfitted with high-gloss laminate storage cabinets as well as privacy blinds, a fold-out table, a refrigerator, a cooktop, a microwave oven, a toilet, a sink, a shower, fresh-water tank, and overhead lighting. The toilet was replaced in August 2023, and a replacement refrigerator was installed in December 2023.

The multifunction steering wheel sits ahead of a 120-mph speedometer, a 5k-rpm tachometer, a fuel gauge, and a configurable digital display. The digital odometer indicates 43k miles, and the seller notes that approximately 30k miles were added during their two periods of ownership.

The 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 was factory rated at 188 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. The van passed a California emissions test in July 2024.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.

A binder with manufacturer’s literature and service records is included in the sale along with campsite water hookups, recovery boards, and a remote key. The seller tells us that a second ignition key and a key for a tow hitch safe will accompany the motorhome.

There is currently a lien out on the title to the van, and the seller’s lender will need to be repaid before the title can be transferred to a new owner.
