Return & Inspection Policy

1.Overview

At RPR Auto Sales, we want every purchase to be one you feel confident about — even after you've driven the vehicle home. This Return Policy explains the inspection and refund terms that apply to vehicles purchased from us, and works together with the Motor Vehicle Sales Agreement you sign at the time of purchase.

Where this policy and your signed Sales Agreement differ on any point, the terms of your signed Sales Agreement control, since those terms are specific to your individual purchase (inspection period length, mileage allowance, and refund timeline can vary by agreement).

2.10-Day Inspection Guarantee

The inspection period begins the day immediately following delivery of the vehicle to you, as confirmed by a signed delivery receipt or equivalent written confirmation. To qualify for a full refund:

• You must notify us in writing before the inspection period ends (see Section 3)
• The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, ordinary wear and tear excepted
• Mileage added during the inspection period must not exceed the limit stated in your signed Sales Agreement (typically 500 miles, unless otherwise specified)

No restocking fee, cancellation fee, or other deduction applies to a qualifying return made within this policy.

3.How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return within your inspection period, contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods below. We recommend putting your request in writing (email) so there is a clear record of the date you notified us:

Please include your name, the vehicle purchased, and the reason for the return (optional, but helpful for our team).

4.Refund Process

Once we receive the returned vehicle and confirm it meets the return conditions described in Section 2, we will issue a full refund using your original method of payment, within the timeframe stated in your signed Sales Agreement (typically 10 business days).

If the vehicle was delivered to you under our Free Nationwide Delivery Promotion (see Section 6), return transport is arranged and paid for by RPR Auto Sales at no cost to you, provided the return is initiated within your inspection period. Outside of the promotional period, return shipping arrangements and any associated cost will be discussed with you directly.

5.Exceptions

The inspection guarantee does not apply, and we may reduce the refund amount or decline the return, if the vehicle is returned with any of the following:

• Damage beyond ordinary wear and tear
• Evidence of an accident or collision occurring after delivery
• Mileage exceeding the limit stated in your signed Sales Agreement
• Missing original equipment, keys, accessories, or documentation
• Notice of return received after the inspection period has ended

If your Sales Agreement did not include the 10-Day Inspection Guarantee (this is an optional term confirmed at the time of sale), your purchase is final, subject only to any separate written warranty provided at the time of sale.

6.Free Nationwide Delivery Promotion

Purchases completed outside this promotional period may still qualify for delivery, with cost and arrangements agreed to separately in writing prior to shipment.

7.Trade-In Vehicles

If you traded in a vehicle as part of your purchase, please note that trade-in values submitted online are estimates only. RPR Auto Sales reserves a separate inspection period (typically 5 calendar days from the date your trade-in vehicle physically arrives at our premises) to confirm the vehicle's condition, mileage, and history, and to confirm or adjust the estimated trade-in value, as described in your signed Trade-In Agreement.

This return policy governs the vehicle you purchased from us. Refund of a trade-in vehicle itself (rather than the vehicle you purchased) is handled under the terms of your Trade-In Agreement.

8.Deposits & Reservations

If you placed a deposit to reserve a vehicle prior to completing a full purchase, please refer to the specific terms provided to you at the time the deposit was collected. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are credited toward your purchase price and are refundable if RPR Auto Sales is unable to deliver the reserved vehicle substantially as described.

9.Final Sale Terms

Vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" as described in your Motor Vehicle Sales Agreement, except for (a) the 10-Day Inspection Guarantee described in Section 2, when included in your agreement, and (b) any separate written warranty provided by RPR Auto Sales at the time of sale. Once the applicable inspection period has passed without a timely, valid return, the sale is final.
