These Terms apply to your use of the website only. They do not replace, and are separate from, the Motor Vehicle Sales Agreement, Trade-In Agreement, or any invoice you sign or receive in connection with an actual vehicle purchase — see Section 7 below.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to submit an inquiry, offer, trade-in request, or purchase request through this Site. By submitting any form on this Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.Permitted Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes related to browsing our vehicle inventory and communicating with us about a potential purchase, trade-in, or inquiry. You agree not to:

• Use any automated system (bot, scraper, crawler) to access or extract data from the Site without our prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or related networks
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers connected to it
• Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code
• Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site without our prior written consent

4.Vehicle Listings & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle listings, descriptions, specifications, mileage, and pricing accurate and up to date. However:

• Vehicles may sell or become unavailable at any time, including vehicles currently shown as available
• Photos are representative and may not depict the exact vehicle, trim, color, or condition in every case
• Pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice and may contain typographical or data errors
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any order placed based on the incorrect information, with a full refund of any payment made

The final, binding terms of any vehicle purchase — including price, condition disclosures, and payment terms — are set out in your signed Motor Vehicle Sales Agreement, not in the website listing.

5.Financing Estimates

Any estimated monthly payment shown on a vehicle listing (for example, based on a stated loan term, interest rate, and down payment) is provided for illustrative purposes only. It does not constitute a financing offer, loan approval, or guarantee of terms, and actual financing terms will depend on your credit profile, the lender you work with, and other factors determined at the time of application.

To receive actual, personalized financing terms, please submit a financing application through our "Apply Finance" option or speak directly with our sales team.

6.Your Submissions

When you submit information through any form on this Site — including inquiries, offers, trade-in requests, purchase requests, financing applications, or identity verification documents — you authorize us to use that information to respond to you and process your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Submitting false information (for example, regarding a trade-in vehicle's condition or mileage) may affect our ability to honor an estimated value or offer.

7.Relationship to Sales Agreements

If any statement on this website conflicts with the terms of your signed Sales Agreement, Trade-In Agreement, or invoice, the terms of that signed document control. For details on your right to inspect a purchased vehicle and return it for a refund, see our Return Policy.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the property of RPR Auto Sales or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except for vehicle photos and specifications that may be licensed from third-party data providers or manufacturers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

9.Third-Party Links & Reports

This Site may link to or display information from third-party providers, such as vehicle history reports (e.g., Carfax). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties. Vehicle history reports reflect only the information reported to that provider and may not capture every incident affecting a vehicle.

10.Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

This disclaimer relates to the website only. Any warranty applicable to a purchased vehicle is governed exclusively by your signed Motor Vehicle Sales Agreement.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPR Auto Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site, including but not limited to reliance on any listing, pricing, or financing estimate displayed on the Site.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RPR Auto Sales, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, without prejudice to any consumer protections afforded to you under the laws of your home state.
