This 2012 American Eagle 45T is a 45-foot luxury motorcoach powered by a 15.0-liter Cummins ISX turbodiesel inline-six producing 600 horsepower and 1,950 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent through an Allison 4000 MH six-speed automatic transmission to a dually rear drive axle, with a tag axle. The coach is finished in black and metallic copper with multi-tone graphics and features triple slide-outs, dual power Girard awnings, frameless windows, and extensive exterior storage.
The Spartan chassis rides on 22.5-inch alloy wheels with Michelin tires, air-adjustable suspension, air-actuated brakes, a three-stage engine brake, automatic traction control, and both pneumatic and hydraulic leveling systems. A 10kW Onan diesel generator is mounted on a power-operated slide-out platform. Additional equipment includes a rooftop solar panel, in-motion satellite antenna, 100-gallon freshwater tank, 60-gallon gray tank, 40-gallon black tank, AGM house batteries, dual pure-sine inverters, central water filtration, and a 50-amp electrical system.
Inside, the coach features tile and beige carpeting, cherry cabinetry, heated floors, recessed lighting, ducted climate control, and hydronic heating. The forward lounge has an expandable sofa, loveseat, Bose audio, and Sony 40-inch TV. The galley includes an induction cooktop, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and residential refrigerator/freezer, while an expandable dinette sits opposite. The rear bedroom features a king bed with memory-foam mattress, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and illuminated bedside controls.
The en suite bathroom includes a dual-sink vanity, enclosed shower, porcelain macerator toilet, and wardrobe, with an Ariston washer and dryer nearby. The cab has power-adjustable Ultraleather captainβs chairs, power sunshades, reverse and side-view cameras, touchscreen head unit, and overhead TV.
