2022 Thor Motor Coach Sanctuary 19L 4×4

This 2022 Thor Motor Coach Sanctuary 19L 4×4 was built on a 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 chassis, and work following the seller’s 2023 purchase included relocating various electrical components, adding insulation, and installing a 270-degree Bunker awning, a larger tub for the wet bath, an Iceco VL45 refrigerator/freezer, a Maxxair ceiling vent, and an MaxxFan dome vent. Its walkthrough floorplan features swiveling front captain’s chairs, rear bed cushions, a kitchenette, and fold-out tables. Additional camping equipment includes a fresh-water tank, a solar roof panel, bug screens, and external hookups. Power is provided by a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 linked with a seven-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case, and the van also has a Thule roof rack, side steps, 16? multi-spoke wheels, and a rearview camera. This Sanctuary 19L has been driven 17k miles and is now offered with the owner’s manual, camping accessories, spare parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean title .

The van is finished in Iridium Silver (9775), and exterior equipment includes a solar roof panel, a 270-degree Bunker illuminated awning, a Thule roof rack, Luverne O-Mega II side steps, and rear and right-side bug screens as well as left and right bump-outs for expanded sleeping space, parking sensors, splash guards, external hookups, and window tint. The Sanctuary badging has been removed, and the seller notes that the three square pop-out windows located on the sliding door and both sides of the rear have been sealed closed to prevent leaks. The roof-mounted LED lightbar and receiver hitch have signs of corrosion, and other imperfections are visible in the gallery below.

The black-finished 16? multi-spoke wheels are mounted with 245/75 Michelin tires that show date codes from 2020. The van rides on independent front suspension and a solid rear axle, and braking is handled by discs at all four corners. The chassis is equipped with an Electronic Stability Program (ESP).

The front cabin houses power-adjustable swiveling captain’s chairs upholstered in black. Further amenities include a privacy screen, seat position memory settings, automatic climate control, and MBUX infotainment with navigation.

The rear cabin is accessed via a sliding right-side door, and after removing camping components, it was fitted with Thinsulate ceiling and wall insulation along with a 1/2? floor insulation board under current ownership. Then, the seller fitted a larger tub for the wet bath, which incorporates a shower, a Thetford Porta Potti 565E Curve toilet, and a curtain, as well as an Iceco VL45 refrigerator/freezer unit, a Maxxair ceiling vent, and an illuminated MaxxFan dome vent.

When put together, the three cushions convert into a bed. The kitchenette includes a Norcold refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, and two cabinets, one of which has a faucet and a sink, while the second has a wooden top, a fold-out cutting board, a fire extinguisher, and storage drawers. Additional equipment includes a 20-gallon fresh-water tank, a removable cooktop, two fold-out tables, a portable JBL speaker, shelving, reading lights, privacy blinds, and outlets. One of the multiple control screens does not work.

The driver is aided by a rearview camera, Crosswind Assist, and cruise control. The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel sits ahead of a 130-mph speedometer, a 5k-rpm tachometer, a digital information display, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 17k miles, approximately 14k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 was factory rated at 188 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. The underside-mounted battery and some external connections and switches have been relocated under current ownership. An oil change was carried out in July 2026.

Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Signs of corrosion are present on underside bolts.
