2005 Newell 450 Motorcoach

This 2005 Newell is a 45? motorcoach with a floor plan that features a lounge area, galley, dinette, bedroom, and bathroom with a radius shower. The body is finished in a beige-and-green scheme and has four slide-out walls, four roof-mounted air conditioners, an electric cooktop, and carpeted storage compartments. Inside, the vehicle is outfitted with granite floor tiles, two flat-screen TVs, a panel-ready refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a theater system, a front recliner, and an air-suspended driver’s captain chair trimmed in beige leather. Granite lines the floor, countertop, and radius shower, the latter of which has towel hangers and a ventilation fan. The en suite bathroom also features a sink, a gold-finished faucet and trim, a toilet, a mirror wall, power outlets, and a roof vent. A concealed washer and dryer are also equipped.

The front cabin is accessed through a pneumatic door and a power entry step, and it houses an air-ride driver’s captain chair and a passenger recliner trimmed in beige leather. Additional details include an electric step well cover, air conditioning, and a Kenwood subwoofer controller.

The 14.0-liter Detroit Diesel Series 60 turbodiesel inline-six was factory rated at 500 horsepower and 1,650 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear drive wheels through an Allison 4000MH six-speed automatic transmission and a dually axle. The seller notes that service performed under current ownership included installing a revised battery switch and replacing the starter, radiator, intercooler, heater core, and a fuel line.
